November Story Mode High Scores

We just archived November’s Story High Scores in the Ranking. It’s a bit late, but the update we submitted last month did not pass the approval, and we are submitting a new update 1.2.3 really soon.

In the next version it will be easier to compare your all time high score with your current high score, thanks for your patience.

Ranking and High Score Reset

To keep competition active, we archive previous high score, and reset current high score. It happens every month for Story mode, and every week for Burst mode.

We do that in order to shake a bit the ranking between players and friends that would stay quite static otherwise.

Previous high scores, and all-time high score can be accessed in the Ranking section of the menu.

Monday November 1st, Story and Burst scores were both archived, which may have surprised some of you. (And did probably look like a bug).

Right now, Pinball Ride’s user interface lacks clarity regarding this feature, but we are working on it. Considering the feedback we receive by email each week and month, we’ll put even more energy on it.

October’s Ranking

Halloween has been amazing, right?
It means we’re already in November, and October’s Ranking has been archived to start a new month of Story Mode competition.

Javier is once again the leader of the Month.
Congratulations to all players in the Top 10 and to the 200 000 contestants.

We are planning new updates that we are sure will please you as much as the previous updates did. More information soon.

September’s Ranking

October is here, and this is an opportunity for new players to top the game ranking. Every month the Story Mode High Scores get reset and archived into into a ranking category. This is the result of a new feature introduced in version 1.2 of Pinball Ride.

September scores can be seen in Ranking > Story > September

Pinball Ride update in progress

Right now, we’re updating the art for the new layout and the new challenges. Here is a preview of the table :

This layout is final, you can notice a few new elements. We are finishing the 3d look and new story illustrations. We’ve also started a short beta testing phase, during which we’re fine-tuning challenges difficulty and score progression, plus fixing remaining bugs. This update will be ready soon.

On the online side, we will update the server right before we send the update to Apple for approval. In order to support the new client features. A server maintenance will be announced, and you won’t be able to connect online for a few hours, but everything will be saved like in offline mode.

During this time, on the current version, the competition is on !
The past weeks, 3 people passed our former leader (and Pinball Ride 3d Artist) : Najd.

sylv1 with 377 million points, reaching 512 contacts, getting 3 extra balls.
Arnaud millo with 292 million points.
Hsnoupy with 252 million points.

These are massive scores and represent an average game of about 20 minutes. Congratulation to these players, that’s impressive.

20.000 Pinball Ride players

We are really really happy to announce that we’ve reached 20 000 players in the first month of Pinball Ride. Players have been quite active and the amount of games played at this pace will reach 100 000 by the end of the month.
